HIRE has a worldwide network of training centers for nurses and associated cooperation agreements for the recruitment of nurses to Germany (only in countries that meet the WHO standard), of course always prepared for the German culture and language at level B2,3 nursing and at least with B1 language certificate according to telc or Goethe.

Hoffmann has long supported political efforts to enforce binding standards in dealing with foreign nurses in Germany. Therefore, we support and promote the efforts behind this seal of quality. For us, for example, it has always been self-evident that even with high quality and corresponding expenses, it must be a matter of course not to demand any cash benefits from applicants.
Placement of assistants and specialists
We are also happy to be at your side when recruiting doctors and support you with our many years of expertise. Taking into account the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health, we are currently working with partners from all over the world in our own recruiting network. In most cases, doctors are already prepared in their home country for the specialist language examination at the German Medical Association (language level C1).
